What you'll do

• •Operate agents and automations across a portfolio of client accounts — content pipelines, SEO and AI-visibility loops, invoicing, inbox triage
• •Watch what the agents produce and catch the failures before the client does
• •Own the numbers that go back to clients: what ran, what it produced, what it saved
• •Take clean handoff from Forward Deploy engagements and keep the tools running
• •Escalate the pattern, not the incident — when the same failure appears twice, it becomes a ticket for a permanent fix, not a habit of manual correction

What we need from you

• •You've operated real marketing or business systems end to end and can read a funnel without a dashboard translating for you
• •Hands-on with LLM tools daily, and specific about where they're unreliable
• •Genuinely organized across many accounts — this role fails on dropped threads, not on intelligence
• •Comfortable writing directly to clients in plain language

Nice to have

• •Agency or fractional-ops background
• •SEO / GEO experience
• •Light scripting — enough to fix a workflow rather than file a ticket

Your first 90 days

• •Week 1–2: take over two live accounts and learn where they currently break
• •Week 4: own the monthly client reporting cycle
• •By day 90: running a full portfolio, with at least three recurring manual fixes converted into permanent tooling
