We're hiring the people who go into the building

Creytix runs as a small, AI-augmented team. The roles below exist because our software can only see what's already digital — and most of a real business isn't.

What we’re actually building

Creytix gives small businesses one flat-priced platform instead of a dozen subscriptions, and an agent that turns their repeated work into deterministic tools they own.

That works right up to the point where the business isn’t digital. A shop, a restaurant, a contractor, a surplus yard — most of what costs them money lives on a clipboard or in one person’s head. No amount of software fixes that on its own.

So we send people. Every role here exists somewhere in that loop: go in, map the real work, build the tools, teach the staff, leave.

How we hire

The band is on the page

Every role here shows its base range and its equity range before you write to us. Nobody should run a four-stage process to find out it was never going to work.

We say which roles are actually next

Two of these are the roles we're filling first, because the work can't run without them. The rest are marked accordingly. We'd rather tell you where you sit in the queue than collect résumés for a role that isn't moving.

No take-home you don't get paid for

If we ask for work that takes more than an hour, we pay for it at a contractor rate. That's true whether or not you get the job.

Small team, real ownership

We run as a small AI-augmented team. That's genuinely more ownership and genuinely less scaffolding — it suits some people and not others, and we'd rather you know which you are.

Remote-first, and we mean the travel part

Forward deployed roles elsewhere in the industry run 25–50% travel, which is the main reason engineers avoid them. Ours is about one day a week, near where you live.

Apply

None of these quite you?

If you'd genuinely add something to how Creytix builds, tell us what you'd want to own. Real conversations, not a résumé black hole.
