Privacy Policy

Overview

Creytix (“we”, “us”) operates creytix.com as a marketing and module overview site for the Creytix planning-first AI platform. This policy describes what we collect on public pages and how we use it.

Operator tools (Creytix Forge on ECP) are separate surfaces with their own access controls — not covered in detail here.

Information we collect

Public pages: standard server and CDN logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and performance.

Contact: if you email [email protected], we receive the content of your message and your email address.

Admin sign-in: module overview routes use session cookies when you authenticate — see Terms for operator access.

Analytics: when enabled, we may use privacy-respecting analytics (e.g. GA4) with aggregated, non-sale metrics — env-gated on production deploy.

How we use information

Respond to product and partnership inquiries.

Secure the site, detect abuse, and improve performance.

Measure marketing effectiveness when analytics is enabled (aggregated).

We do not sell personal information. We do not use public marketing pages to train third-party AI models on your messages.

Cookies

Public homepage: essential cookies only unless analytics is enabled.

Authenticated module routes: httpOnly session cookie for admin access — cleared on logout or expiry.

Retention and rights

Contact email: retained as long as needed for the conversation and legitimate business records.

Logs: rotated per hosting provider defaults.

California / GDPR: contact [email protected] for access or deletion requests — we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Changes

We may update this policy when routes, waitlist forms, or analytics change. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision.
