Supplier portal
Give every vendor their own front door.
A branded login your suppliers actually recognize — their logo, their role, your file exchange behind it. SFTP and web sign-in, scoped folders, every upload tracked, on Creytix rails.
Not a shared FTP folder.
Your vendor never logs into Creytix. They get their own window — titled for their role, carrying your Creytix branding alongside their logo, name, and profile badge. Behind it: the folders they need, the permissions they have, nothing else.
How it works
Provisioned per vendor, running in days.
01
We provision the vendor's portal
Branding, folders, file-type rules, and IP allow-listing — set up per vendor, locked to their egress IPs.
02
They sign in their way
Same credentials over SFTP from their systems, or the web client in a browser. Their logo and name greet them — titled for their role, like “Supplier Login”.
03
Files land where they belong
Uploads go to their scoped folders, every one tracked. Post-login they see the brands they supply — and the Powered by Creytix banner links back here.
What's inside
Everything a vendor touchpoint needs. Nothing it doesn't.
Branded login
Creytix chrome with the vendor's logo, name, and profile badge. Role-specific titles — they log into their window, not your Creytix.
SFTP + web client
One set of credentials opens both doors: scripted SFTP uploads from their systems, or drag-and-drop in the browser.
Scoped folders
Chrooted folders per vendor with quotas and file-type rules. They see what they need — nothing else.
IP allow-listing
Only the vendor's known egress IPs can sign in. Everyone else gets a closed door.
Brand view
After login, the vendor sees the sites they power. Logos grow on hover and click through to the live sites.
Engagement tracking
Clicks on brand links and the Powered by Creytix banner are tracked — you see which vendors engage.
Who it's for
Built for the vendors who keep your shelves stocked.
Suppliers and vendors sending inventory files, product assets, and data feeds — parts vendors, distributors, anyone pushing files into your operation. The first deployment serves an auto-parts vendor's inventory and asset uploads.
Supplier portal
Your vendors deserve better than a shared folder.
