Creytix Account Book
Your clients' money, in its own ledger
Creytix Account Book is the customer account ledger behind Creytix Scheduling: packages, memberships, coupons, account balances, and SMS/email billing — the money your clients leave with you, tracked like money instead of like calendar entries.
The calendar books time. This books money.
What it does for you
Packages clients actually use
Ten-packs, class bundles, session packages — sold once, drawn down as clients book, with the remaining balance always visible to them and to you.
Memberships that bill themselves
Recurring memberships with SMS and email billing — the monthly relationship priced once and collected automatically.
Coupons that post to the ledger
Discounts are ledger entries, not handshake deals: who got what, what it discounted, and what the client actually paid — auditable, always.
Balances clients can see
Deposits, credits, and remaining package value in one account view. No more 'I thought I had sessions left' — the ledger is the answer.

What they offer vs everything we offer
The big schedulers bolt payments onto the calendar. Creytix Account Book starts from the other end: the calendar books time, and a separate ledger books money — because deposits, packages, and coupons are accounting, not appointments.

Is Creytix Account Book live?
Not yet — it's in planning, and this page describes the product as designed. The scheduling engine it sits behind (Creytix Scheduling) is built and smoke-tested; the account ledger is the next layer.
Why is the money separate from the calendar?
Because they're different systems with different rules. A calendar entry says when; a ledger entry says how much, from whom, and what's left. Bolting payments onto appointments gives you neither a good calendar nor honest books. The Account Book is the books.
What's a coupon as a ledger entry?
When a coupon discounts a deposit, most tools just charge less and lose the thread. Here the discount posts as its own entry: the coupon, the amount, the client, the campaign. You can audit every dollar you gave away — which is how you learn which promotions actually worked.
Does it handle memberships?
Yes — recurring memberships with billing over SMS and email, drawn against the client's account. The monthly relationship, priced once, collected automatically, ledgered honestly.
