Creytix Assessment

Hiring fit-scoring that shows its work — deterministic, versioned, and advisory-only.

A deterministic, versioned fit-scoring engine for hiring: the same inputs always produce the same score, every score is tied to a version, and it's advisory-only — it never auto-rejects anyone.

Score candidates without playing favorites — and prove it.

What it does for you

  • Deterministic scoring

Same inputs, same score, every time. No model drift, no mood swings — the score for a candidate is reproducible and checkable.

  • Versioned models

Every score carries the version of the model that produced it. When the model changes, old scores stay labeled with the old version — nothing is silently rescored.

  • Advisory-only by design

Assessment advises; humans decide. The engine cannot auto-reject or auto-advance anyone — the decision always has a person's name on it.

  • Part of Creytix People

Assessment lives inside Creytix People — scores attach to the people records you already keep, not a separate vendor's dashboard.

Proof, not adjectives

In development
Creytix Assessment is in development — the deterministic, versioned, advisory-only design is the product's foundation, not a retrofit.
No black boxes
The scoring is deterministic by architecture: reproducible inputs, reproducible outputs, versioned models.

What they offer vs everything we offer

Most hiring evaluation is vibes with a rubric taped on: resumes screened by whoever got to them first, interviews scored from memory. Assessment replaces the vibes with a score you can reproduce — and refuses to let the score decide for you.

Assessment is advisory: scores inform hiring decisions, they don't make them. Employment law compliance remains the employer's responsibility.

Questions, answered honestly

Can Assessment auto-reject candidates?

No — and that's a design decision, not a missing feature. Assessment is advisory-only: it scores, explains, and attaches the score to the candidate's record in Creytix People. The decision to advance or reject always has a human's name on it. Automated rejection of applicants is where hiring tools get into legal trouble; we don't go there.

How is 'deterministic' different from AI resume scoring?

Most scoring tools are black boxes: the same resume can score differently on different days, and nobody can tell you why. Assessment is deterministic — the same inputs produce the same score, every time — and versioned, so you know exactly which model version produced a given score. If you can't reproduce a hiring decision, you can't defend it.

What happens when you update the scoring model?

The new version gets a new version number. Scores produced before the update stay labeled with the old version — nothing is silently rescored, and you can always see which version judged which candidate.

Does the score tell me who to hire?

No. The score tells you how a candidate measures against the fit criteria you set, reproducibly. Who to hire is a human decision — the score is one input, not a verdict.

Who's liable for a bad hire?

You are — the employer makes the hiring decision, and Assessment doesn't change that. What it changes is the evidence: you can show exactly what the score was, which version produced it, and that the decision was made by a person. That's a better position than 'we had a good feeling.'

Hiring fit-scores that don't play favorites

Most hiring 'AI' is a black box that scores the same resume differently on different days. Here's what deterministic, versioned, advisory-only scoring actually means — and why it matters legally.
