Creytix Auction OS

The operating system estate-sale companies run on — intake to pickup, one system.

One system for the whole estate-sale business: intake, AI-priced lotting, timed auctions, payments, and pickup — run your operation on it, not around it.

Your auction company, on your own operating system — not a 30% commission.

What it does for you

  • Intake to catalog in one flow

Walk a property, log the inventory, and watch it become a catalog — the same records that feed your lotting, your auction, and your pickup schedule.

  • AI-priced lotting

Lots get priced from comparable sales instead of gut feel, so more lots hit realistic reserves and fewer end up in the dumpster.

  • Timed auctions under your brand

Run your auctions on your own site with your own name on the door — bidders remember you, not the marketplace.

  • Payments and pickup, handled

Invoicing, payment collection, and pickup scheduling are part of the flow — not a second job after the hammer falls.

Capabilities

  • Estate intake workflows — property walkthrough to cataloged inventory
  • AI-priced lotting from comparable sales
  • Timed auction engine under your own brand
  • Configurable buyer premium and reserves
  • Payment collection and invoicing
  • Pickup scheduling and fulfillment
  • Operator dashboards across simultaneous sales
  • Your data, your customer list — nothing shared with a marketplace

Proof, not adjectives

In flight — pilot program
Creytix Auction OS is in flight: the intake → AI-priced lotting → timed auctions → payments → pickup pipeline is being stood up with operator feedback.
Built for estate-sale operators
Designed for estate-sale companies and regional operators — not generalist auction software with an estate-sale mode.
No commission rake
The business model is rent, not a cut of your sales: flat monthly pricing instead of 30% off the top of every auction.

What they offer vs everything we offer

The estate-sale industry's biggest name runs your auction for you — for a 30% commission plus a flat fee. The DIY route means assembling plugins, spreadsheets, and payment links. Auction OS is the third option: your own system, flat rent, no commission.

Questions, answered honestly

Is Creytix Auction OS a replacement for MaxSold?

It's the opposite relationship: MaxSold runs the auction for you and takes 30% plus a flat fee. Auction OS is software you run — your team, your brand, your auctions — for flat monthly rent. If you want someone else to do the work, use MaxSold. If you want to keep the margin and own the customer list, use Auction OS.

Do I pay a commission on each sale?

No. That's the point. Rent is flat — $299/mo standalone, $5/mo inside the membership (estimated) — and you keep 100% of every hammer price and every buyer premium you set.

What does AI-priced lotting actually do?

It prices lots from comparable sales instead of gut feel: the engine looks at what similar items sold for and suggests a starting point. You still review and adjust — the pricing is a recommendation, not a decision.

My company is small — is this overkill?

Auction OS is built for estate-sale companies and regional operators, not for selling your own couch. If you're running auctions as a business — multiple sales, a crew, a pickup operation — it's the right size. If you're selling one household's contents once, hire a managed service.

What happens at pickup?

Winners get scheduled pickup windows from the same system that ran the auction — no separate spreadsheet, no 'text me when you're coming.' The pickup list comes straight from the invoice, so what was paid for is what gets handed over.

The estate-sale business in one system

Estate-sale companies lose money in the gaps between tools: the intake list, the auction site, the payment app, the pickup spreadsheet. Here's what it costs — and what one system changes.
