Closure-sourcing engine

Estate sales, business closings, and bankruptcies — found, scored, and fed to your auction calendar.

A sourcing engine that finds California estate sales, business closings, and bankruptcies, scores them as auction opportunities, and feeds the House of Bid articles.

Stop hunting for inventory. The engine finds it and scores it.

What it does for you

  • Opportunities found for you

The engine watches California estate sales, business closings, and bankruptcy filings — the raw material of the auction business — and surfaces them in one place.

  • Scored, not just listed

Every lead gets an opportunity score, so you spend your time on the closings worth calling about instead of scrolling every listing by hand.

  • Bankruptcies and closings included

Estate-sale listings are crowded. Business closings and bankruptcy filings are where the unlisted inventory is — the engine watches those too.

  • Feeds the House of Bid articles

The same scored leads power the House of Bid articles — market coverage and sourcing intelligence come from one engine.

Capabilities

  • Estate-sale discovery across California
  • Business-closing tracking
  • Bankruptcy filing monitoring (public records)
  • Opportunity scoring on every lead
  • House of Bid article feed
  • Auction-calendar-ready shortlists

A market gap
No packaged competitor was found for scored auction-opportunity sourcing — this is a tool the industry didn't have.

What they offer vs everything we offer

There is no packaged competitor for scored auction sourcing. The alternatives are doing it by hand or browsing generic listings — both of which cost you the one resource you can't buy back: time.

Questions, answered honestly

Where does the sourcing data come from?

Public records and listings: estate-sale listings, business-closing notices, and bankruptcy filings in California. The engine watches these sources, normalizes them, and scores each as an auction opportunity. It's aggregation and scoring of public information — not private data, and not insider access.

Is this only for California?

Yes, for now. The engine's discovery and scoring are built on California sources — estate sales, business closings, and bankruptcies. Other states are a question of source coverage, not a different product.

How does the opportunity scoring work?

Each lead is scored on factors that predict auction value — the type of closing, the inventory signals in the listing, the location, and the competition for it. The score ranks your shortlist so you call the best leads first. It doesn't replace the call: the score says 'this is worth your time,' not 'this will clear $50k.'

How is this different from Creytix Auction OS?

The Closure-sourcing engine finds the inventory; Auction OS runs the auction. Sourcing feeds your pipeline — Auction OS takes it from intake through pickup. They pair well, and each works alone.

What are the House of Bid articles?

Market coverage articles powered by the same scored leads the engine produces — the sourcing intelligence, published. Your shortlist and the public coverage come from one engine.

Finding auction inventory before your competitors do

The best auction inventory never reaches a listing site. Here's where estate-sale companies actually find their sales — closings, bankruptcies, and the leads nobody else is watching.
