Creytix Condo

HOA management that speaks your jurisdiction — dues, maintenance, violations, gate, amenities, voting.

The HOA pack: dues and collections, maintenance, violations, gate access, amenities, and voting — with MX/US/LatAm jurisdiction packs for how assessments and meetings actually work where you live.

Your HOA, run like it should be — in your country's rules, not someone else's template.

What it does for you

  • Dues without the spreadsheet

Assessments, late fees (mora), statements (estado de cuenta), and collections tracked per unit — the finance cluster HOAs actually run on.

  • Jurisdiction packs, not one-size-fits-all

MX/US/LatAm packs encode how dues, meetings, and notices work in each jurisdiction — starting with Baja California, expanding from there.

  • The whole community, one system

Maintenance requests, violations, gate access, amenity booking, and voting live together instead of in five group chats.

  • Documents that print right

Statements, notices, and meeting documents generate print-ready — the paperwork HOAs live and die by.

Capabilities

  • Dues, late fees, and collections per unit
  • Account statements (estado de cuenta) that print clean
  • Maintenance requests with vendor tracking
  • Violations with notice workflow
  • Gate access management
  • Amenity booking and voting
  • MX/US/LatAm jurisdiction packs
  • Print-ready HOA document generators

Proof, not adjectives

Claims-audited October 2026
An independent-style audit rated the portal across 16 promised tools and drove a hardening program: tenant storage, a wired finance cluster, a compliance engine, and document generators.
Baja California pack live
The first jurisdiction pack encodes Baja California HOA practice — more MX states and US/LatAm packs are in the pipeline.
Finance cluster wired
Dues (cuotas), late fees (mora), and account statements (estado de cuenta) run on real tenant storage, not prototypes.

What they offer vs everything we offer

Buildium and AppFolio are excellent rental property platforms. Creytix Condo is HOA-first: dues, collections, voting, gate, and amenities as the core — with jurisdiction packs for MX/US/LatAm instead of a US-rental template.

Buy it or rent it — your call

Every Creytix tool carries both prices. Buy it outright and own it forever, or rent it month to month — renting is always cheaper than buying. No per-seat traps, no forced bundle.

Questions, answered honestly

Is Creytix Condo ready for my HOA today?

Honestly: it's in hardening, not yet deployed for real HOAs. The finance cluster and jurisdiction packs are built and audited; remaining work includes real payment rails and notification delivery. Join the pilot and we'll onboard communities as each piece clears.

What's a jurisdiction pack?

The rules differ by place: how assessments work, what notices require, how meetings run. A jurisdiction pack encodes one place's practice so the software matches your HOA's reality instead of a generic template. Baja California is first.

How is this different from Buildium?

Buildium is excellent rental property software with published pricing from $62/mo. Creytix Condo is HOA-first — dues, collections, voting, gate, and amenities as the core, with jurisdiction packs for MX/US/LatAm — and it's buyable outright, not rent-only.

Can it handle a Mexican condo regime?

That's the point of the jurisdiction packs. Cuotas, mora, estado de cuenta, and assembly practice are first-class — not translations of a US rental workflow.

What about payments?

Real payment rails are on the hardening list before first deployment. Dues tracking, statements, and the collections workflow are built; the money movement itself is being wired now.

From the Creytix journal

The HOA software jurisdiction problem

HOA software is built for US rentals and translated for everyone else. But dues, assemblies, and notices work differently in Mexico and Latin America — and the mismatch costs real communities real money.
