How is a review 'verified'?
The reviewer is matched to a real purchase — through your Shopify or WooCommerce order data. A verified review means the person actually bought the thing. Unverified reviews (anyone can leave one) still exist on the internet; they're just not what your stars are built on.
How do the Shopify and WooCommerce integrations work?
Connect your store and orders flow into EarnedStar. After a purchase, the customer gets an invitation to review; when they do, it's tied to the order automatically. No CSV uploads, no manual matching.
Can I import my existing reviews?
Yes — existing reviews can be imported, and they're marked as imported rather than verified-through-EarnedStar. The distinction stays visible: verified reviews are the ones tied to purchases through the integrations.
