Creytix Entity
Form the entity, keep the entity
Creytix Entity handles business formation and annual compliance: LLC formation, S-corp and C-corp procedures and elections, the documents that prove what you decided, and the deadlines that keep you in good standing.
The right entity, on paper and in practice.
What it does for you
Formation without the upsell maze
A deterministic questionnaire works out what you actually need — entity type, tax classification, state — and generates the documents. No checkout funnel that treats every answer as an upsell opportunity.
The documents that prove it
Operating agreements, articles, minutes, resolutions — the paper trail that makes your entity real when a bank, a court, or the IRS asks. Generated from one source, in plain English you can actually read.
Elections with real deadlines
S-corp elections live and die by the calendar — miss the Form 2553 window and you wait a year. Entity tracks the deadlines and keeps the election packets ready.
Compliance that survives the year
Annual reports, franchise taxes, registered-agent renewals — the unglamorous maintenance that keeps an entity in good standing, on a calendar that doesn't forget.
Capabilities
- LLC formation documents
- S-corp and C-corp procedures and elections
- Deterministic formation questionnaire
- Operating agreements and governing documents
- Plain-English 'what you signed' summaries
- Form 2553 and EIN deadline tracking
- Lifecycle compliance calendar
- Attorney-review queue
Proof, not adjectives
- Document pipeline built and green
- The entity-formation pipeline generates 10 document types across CA, TX, FL, NC, and WA, with a 37-definition review suite running 175 checks on a six-document packet — all passing.
- Deadline flows verified
- Supervised EIN and Form 2553 deadline flows tested 16/16; the lifecycle compliance calendar carries 41 test assertions.
- Build, not partner — per directive
- Entity formation is core Creytix infrastructure and stays in-house. The attorney-review queue is built for the questions software shouldn't answer alone.
What they offer vs everything we offer
LegalZoom built the category: cheap formation, then a long menu of add-ons. Creytix Entity is the same job done as infrastructure — the documents, the elections, and the compliance calendar in one place, with the attorney queue for what software shouldn't decide.

Is Creytix Entity live yet?
Not yet — it's in planning, and this page describes the product as designed. The document pipeline underneath it is built and green: 10 document types across five states, a 175-check review suite, EIN and Form 2553 deadline flows, and the compliance calendar all passing their tests. The formation service launches on top of that foundation.
Does Creytix Entity file with the state for me?
The pipeline generates the complete filing packet from one source — articles, operating agreement, resolutions — and walks you through the submission. There is no government-submission path that files on your behalf today; what you get is the full packet, the instructions, and the deadline tracking. We'd rather be honest about that than imply a robot files for you.
Why not just use LegalZoom?
LegalZoom is a fine answer for a one-time filing, and their Basic tier really is $0 plus state fees. The case for Entity is the ongoing part: the compliance calendar, the election deadlines, the minutes and resolutions that keep the entity real year after year — and one place instead of a vendor relationship per filing.
Should I be an LLC, an S-corp, or a C-corp?
That's exactly the question the formation questionnaire is built to work through with you — and the honest answer is that it depends on your revenue, your plans, and your state. Our article walks through the trade-offs without the upsell; the attorney-review queue exists for the edge cases. Neither this page nor the questionnaire is legal advice.
What's the difference between entity type and tax classification?
An LLC is a legal structure; how the IRS taxes it is a separate election — disregarded, partnership, S-corp, or C-corp. Most formation confusion comes from mixing the two up. Entity keeps them separate the way the law does.
