Grant & Proposal Studio

Grants are a pipeline, not a lottery — radar, requirements, and drafts in one studio.

A grant opportunity radar with a live SAM.gov adapter and weekly sync, requirement matrices, and draft coverage — for businesses going after grants and loans systematically.

Stop finding grants by accident. Run them like a pipeline.

What it does for you

  • Opportunity radar, always on

The radar watches for grant and loan opportunities that fit your business — new ones surface on their own instead of when someone remembers to look.

  • SAM.gov adapter, live

The federal opportunity feed is wired in with a weekly sync — the biggest single source of US grant opportunities, watched for you.

  • Requirement matrices

Every opportunity gets broken into its actual requirements — eligibility, documents, deadlines — so you know the cost of applying before you start.

  • Draft coverage

The studio drafts against the requirement matrix, section by section — you review, revise, and submit. The blank page is handled; the judgment is yours.

Capabilities

Proof, not adjectives

Built — SAM.gov adapter live
The SAM.gov adapter is live with a weekly sync: federal opportunities flow into the radar automatically.
Weekly sync, every week
The radar re-syncs weekly — new opportunities, changed deadlines, expired listings cleared.
Requirements-first drafting
Drafts are written against requirement matrices, not vibes — every section maps to something the opportunity actually asks for.

What they offer vs everything we offer

Most businesses find grants the way they find everything: accidentally, late, and under-prepared. The alternatives are doing the searching yourself or hiring it out — both expensive, in different currencies.

The studio drafts and tracks — it doesn't submit. Applications go out under your name, reviewed by you. Grant outcomes are never guaranteed by anyone honest.

Questions, answered honestly

What is SAM.gov?

The US federal government's official site for contract and grant opportunities — the single biggest source of federal grants, and free to search. It's also dense, bureaucratic, and easy to miss things in. The studio's adapter pulls its opportunities into the radar and re-syncs weekly, so the federal feed is watched for you instead of by you.

Does the studio write the grant for me?

It drafts — section by section, mapped to the opportunity's requirement matrix — and you review, revise, and submit under your name. The blank page is handled; the judgment, the facts about your business, and the final call are yours. Nobody honest guarantees grant outcomes.

Grants and loans — which does it cover?

Both. The radar watches grant and loan opportunities that fit your business profile — the money-in landscape is wider than grants alone, and the studio treats it that way.

What does a requirement matrix actually show me?

The opportunity's real asks, structured: who's eligible, what documents are required, what the deadlines are, what each section of the proposal must cover. It's the cost of applying made visible before you spend a weekend writing.

How is this different from hiring a grant writer?

A grant writer does the finding and the writing for you, per project or on retainer — good work, real money. The studio is $49/mo flat (estimated): it finds opportunities continuously, structures the requirements, and drafts. You do the final review. For a business applying to multiple opportunities a year, the economics aren't close.

Grants are a pipeline, not a lottery

Most businesses treat grants like lottery tickets: apply when someone mentions one, lose, forget. Here's how the businesses that actually win grants work — as a pipeline.
