Creytix Pay
The rail your money moves on
Creytix Pay is payment execution over bank rails: vendor bills, payroll, and carrier payouts move on one rail, and every movement posts to your ledger automatically.
Pay everyone. Reconcile nothing.
What it does for you
One rail for every payment
Vendor bills, payroll runs, and carrier payouts all execute over the same bank rails instead of three different tools with three different logins.
Payments that journal themselves
Every movement posts to Creytix Books automatically — the payment and the journal entry are the same event, not two things you reconcile later.
Approvals before money moves
Bills carry their approval state with them. Money moves when the approval says so, not when someone remembered to click the right tab.
Included, not upsold
Pay is infrastructure, not a product line. It comes with Creytix Books — the rail your money moves on shouldn't be a separate bill.
Capabilities
- Vendor bill payment (AP)
- Payroll execution
- Carrier and contractor payouts
- Approval-gated money movement
- Automatic journal entries to Creytix Books
- Bank-rail execution
Proof, not adjectives
- In planning — honestly
- Creytix Pay is the payment-execution layer the fleet's AP, payroll, and payout flows are designed around. This page describes the product as designed; the rail ships as the fleet's payment volume grows into it.
How businesses pay today vs the rail
There isn't one product to compare against — businesses pay bills from the bank portal, payroll from the payroll app, and payouts from wherever. Creytix Pay is the argument that all of that is one job.
| Capability | Bank portal + payroll app + ad-hoc tools | Creytix |
|---|---|---|
| One rail for AP, payroll, and payouts | No — three logins, three flows | Yes |
| Payments post to the ledger automatically | No — manual entry or batch import | Yes — the payment and the journal entry are one event |
| Approval state travels with the money | Partial — approvals live in email | Yes — money moves when approval says so |
| Own it outright | N/A — the bank owns the rail | Included with Creytix Books |

Is Creytix Pay live?
Not yet — it's in planning, and this page describes the product as designed. The fleet's payroll and bill flows are being built to execute over it: approvals, journal entries, and the payment as one event.
How much does it cost?
Nothing separate. Creytix Pay is included with Creytix Books — payment execution is infrastructure, and charging you a second bill for the rail your own money moves on would be the kind of pricing we're trying to end.
What rails does it pay over?
Bank rails — ACH and wire — with the payment instructions generated from the approved bill or payroll run. No new money-movement network to learn; the boring rails, wired to your approvals and your ledger.
Is this a bank?
No. Creytix Pay executes payments over your bank accounts — it doesn't hold deposits or extend credit. Your money stays in your bank; Pay is the instruction layer that moves it on time, with approval, and posts the journal entry.

The boring backbone of business payments
Vendor bills, payroll, payouts — every business moves money three different ways through three different tools. The boring truth: it's one job, and it should be one rail.
