Creytix People

HR for businesses that run on one system — people records, compliance, and a CLI that does the busywork.

People and HR management for Creytix tenants: a core people engine, a 44-command CLI, the /app/people surface, and compliance validation — without the enterprise HRIS tax.

Your whole people operation — records, onboarding, compliance — in one place, with a command line that actually works.

What it does for you

  • One people record, everywhere

Employee records, onboarding, and status live in one core engine — not scattered across the payroll app, the benefits portal, and a spreadsheet.

  • A 44-command CLI

Bulk updates, onboarding steps, and HR workflows from the command line. The stuff that takes an afternoon in a web UI takes a command.

  • Compliance validation built in

The engine validates your people records against compliance rules as you go — problems surface when you enter them, not at audit time.

  • Brand-isolated by design

People data is tenant-scoped: your brands' teams never leak into each other's records, even on the same membership.

Capabilities

  • People records core engine
  • 44-command CLI for HR workflows
  • /app/people surface
  • Compliance validation on people records
  • Brand-isolated, tenant-scoped data
  • Deterministic records — no black-box scoring in the people layer

Proof, not adjectives

Built — pilot status
Creytix People is built: the core engine, 44-command CLI, /app/people surface, and compliance validation are in place.
Deterministic by design
Records are versioned and rule-checked — no black-box scoring anywhere in the people layer (fit scoring lives in Assessment, and it's advisory-only).

What they offer vs everything we offer

Enterprise HRIS tools charge per employee, with minimums that punish small teams. Payroll-first tools charge a base fee plus per-employee on top. Creytix People is flat: one rent, your whole team, inside the membership you already have.

Questions, answered honestly

Is Creytix People a replacement for BambooHR?

For the people-records layer, yes: records, onboarding workflows, compliance validation, and a CLI — flat $49/mo (estimated) instead of per-employee pricing with minimums. What's different: Creytix People is built for tenants running multiple brands, with tenant-scoped isolation the enterprise tools don't offer.

What does the 44-command CLI actually do?

HR busywork from the terminal: bulk updates, onboarding checklists, record lookups, compliance checks — the operations that take an afternoon clicking through a web UI become one command. It's the same engine the /app/people surface uses, so nothing drifts between the two.

What is compliance validation?

The engine checks your people records against compliance rules when you enter them — missing required fields, inconsistent statuses, deadlines that need attention. Problems surface at data-entry time, not when an auditor asks about them.

Does Creytix People run payroll?

No. Payroll is its own tool — Creytix Payroll. People is the records and compliance layer; payroll reads from it. That separation is deliberate: your people data doesn't live inside your payroll vendor.

We run multiple brands. Are employee records shared between them?

No. People data is tenant-scoped — each brand's records are isolated, even on the same membership. A manager in one brand can't see another brand's team.
