The law-firm OS, running a real firm

Praxium is the law-firm operating system built for Ricardo's own firm: personal-injury case management live today at praxiumlaw.com, with family, criminal, bankruptcy, and immigration surfaces in early access.

Built in a law firm, not for a demo.

What it does for you

  • PI case OS, live

The personal-injury practice runs on it today — fourteen backend modules, intake to resolution, on a production deployment that answers to real clients.

  • Intake that doesn't lose cases

The firm's front door: every inquiry captured, qualified, and routed. PI firms live or die on intake — this one is built like it.

  • Practice areas that gate honestly

Family, criminal, bankruptcy, and immigration surfaces are in early access — visible, gated, and labeled as such. No vaporware tabs.

  • Your firm's data stays yours

Client matters on infrastructure the firm controls. The OS serves the firm; the firm doesn't serve the OS vendor's data business.

  • Personal-injury case management (live)
  • Client intake and qualification
  • Matter tracking

Proof, not adjectives

Live at praxiumlaw.com
The public site serves 200 today; the API is deployed and healthy. This isn't a roadmap — it's a firm running its cases on the OS.
14 backend modules
The PI case OS spans fourteen backend modules — the depth a real practice demands, not a contacts list with a gavel emoji.
Built for the owner's firm
Praxium was built for Ricardo's own law firm first. The roadmap is set by a practicing firm's needs, not a venture deck.

What they offer vs everything we offer

Clio is the legal-practice standard — Manage for the practice, priced per user. Praxium is the other philosophy: an OS built inside one firm, for the way that firm actually works — flat-priced and buyable.

Questions, answered honestly

What are Praxium Law, Praxa, and PraxHQ?

Praxium Law is the firm OS — live, running the PI practice. Praxa and PraxHQ name the practice-area surfaces: family, criminal, bankruptcy, and immigration are in early access under those names. One system, honest gates.

Is this only for personal injury?

PI is live today because that's the firm's practice. The other areas are early-access gated — they exist, they're labeled, and they open as they're ready. No vaporware tabs.

Why not just use Clio?

Clio is excellent general practice software, and its trust accounting is the real thing. Praxium exists because the firm wanted an OS shaped by its own workflow — flat-priced, buyable, and with intake built like the firm's life depends on it. Because it does.

Does it do trust accounting?

Not yet — and that's deliberate. Client money gets a full implementation or none at all. It's on the roadmap, gated until it's right.

Why PI firms live or die on intake

The most valuable moment in a personal-injury practice is the first phone call — and most firms fumble it. Here's what great intake looks like, and why it's the firm's real product.
