Projection Forge
Projection-mapping studio — buildings, stages, and spaces turned into light.
A projection-mapping studio: content designed for real surfaces, mapped to real geometry, and run live for events that need more than a screen.
The building is the screen.
What it does for you
Mapped to the real surface
Content is built for your building's actual geometry — windows, cornices, curves accounted for — not stretched over it.
Designed for the viewing distance
Street-level crowds and drone shots need different content. The studio designs for where the audience actually stands.
Run live, cued to the event
Playback is cued to the event's run of show — timed to music, speeches, and moments, not left on loop.
From first scout to strike
Site survey, content, mapping, rehearsal, show, strike — one studio owns the whole arc.

What does projection mapping cost?
Honestly: it depends on the surface, the content length, and the show complexity. The article below breaks down where the money actually goes — and the calculator gives you a budget range before you commit.
Can you map our building?
That's the first question of every engagement — the site survey answers it. Flat-ish surfaces map beautifully; heavy ornament and glass need a design conversation.
Do you do the content too?
Yes — content designed for the mapped surface is the core of the studio. Bringing finished video and asking us to “just project it” usually needs adaptation, and we'll tell you so.
What about daylight?
Projection mapping is a darkness medium. Daytime shows need serious brightness budgets or a different idea — we'll say so in the survey, not after you've paid.
Is the live site the whole studio?
The live deployment is the studio's working surface — planning, editing, and preview. The event itself is the DFY service: our crew, your surface.

Projection mapping budgets: where the money actually goes
Nobody publishes a projection-mapping price list, because every building is different. The honest breakdown of what drives the cost — surface, content, brightness, and crew — so you can budget before you call a studio.
