Public-record privacy is not concealment

Formation-state disclosure is a public-record tradeoff. It is not a way to hide from taxes, courts, or lawful creditors.

Some states list fewer individual names on an LLC formation record than others. That is a Secretary of State search result, not invisibility.

You still have tax returns, bank KYC, licenses, marketplace seller pages, and foreign-qualification filings where you actually operate.

Creytix Tax ranks states for typical public-record disclosure at formation. It does not rank them for 'anonymity' and it will not recommend nominee kits, straw owners, or skipping required filings.

A trust as LLC member can change whose name appears on a formation record. That is estate and public-record design. It is not asset hiding.
