Add a new brand to your fleet

Bring a new brand's site under Root Brand Studio alongside the ones you already run.

Overview

If you already run one or more sites in Creytix and need to add another brand, the work is the same Forge intake as Launch a new site with Forge — this guide is the fleet-specific framing: where the new site shows up once it exists, and how you move between it and your other brands afterward.

How it works

Each brand gets its own workspace — its own Brand DNA, content, and Connect connections, isolated from every other brand you run. Root Brand Studio is the one operator shell that hosts the Forge, Design Labs, Inspector, and Prompt Guard views for whichever site you're currently working on, so adding a brand doesn't mean learning a second set of tools.

Steps

  1. Run intake for the new brand

Start a fresh Forge intake — pattern brief, route classes, Brand naming, and a Brand DNA lock — exactly as you would for a first site. See Launch a new site with Forge for the full path.

  2. Confirm it gets its own workspace

The new brand gets its own workspace — its Brand DNA, content, and Connect tools stay isolated from your other sites.

  3. Find it in Root Brand Studio

Open Root Brand Studio and switch to the new site from the site picker — the same Forge/Design Labs/Inspector/Prompt Guard views now apply to it.

  4. Invite your team to the right workspace

Add teammates to the new brand's workspace specifically — team access is granted per workspace, not fleet-wide by default.

  5. Build, gate, and ship it like any other site

From here it's the same path as any launch: build in Studio and Design Labs, clear the Inspector gate, ship.

Capabilities

  • Workspace isolation per brand — nothing leaks across sites unless a teammate is a member of both.
  • One shared operator shell across every site in your fleet, instead of a separate admin panel per brand.
  • Site switching without re-authenticating into a different tool per brand.

Limits & honest scope

  • Workspace creation itself currently runs through a Forge intake with your Creytix team, not a fully self-serve signup flow.
  • Root Brand Studio is the shared frame — each department's own tool (Forge intake, Design Labs governance, Inspector checks) still does the actual work inside the shell.
  • Fine-grained per-feature roles within a workspace are still being built out; today's model leans on workspace-level isolation.
