Replace your marketing stack
Swap Mailchimp, Calendly, DocuSign, and more for Connect tools.

Overview
If your stack today is Mailchimp for email, Calendly for booking, DocuSign for signatures, and a handful of other rented tools stitched together with Zapier — you don't have to migrate all of it at once. Each Creytix Connect tool stands in for one SaaS subscription, lives inside the same workspace as your site, and can be turned on one at a time.

How it works
Swapping a vendor is a tool-by-tool decision, not a platform migration. Because every Connect tool reads from the same workspace manifest your site already uses, turning one on doesn't require a separate account, a separate brand kit, or a separate login for your team — it inherits what's already there.
You keep the vendor you're replacing running until you've verified the Creytix tool covers what you need, then cut over on your own schedule.
Steps
- •
Audit what you're actually paying for
List the SaaS subscriptions your marketing and ops stack rents today, and match each one against the table above.
- •
Pick one tool to start with
Start with the lowest-risk swap — often email or scheduling — rather than the tool your whole team depends on daily.
- •
Turn the Connect tool on
Open Connect in the Creytix Control Panel and enable the tool for your workspace. It inherits your Brand DNA automatically.
- •
Run it in parallel
Send a real campaign, book a real slot, or route a real ticket through the new tool while the old vendor is still live, so you can compare output side by side.
- •
Cut over
Once you trust the new tool, point your traffic and workflows at it and cancel the vendor subscription it replaced.
- •
Repeat for the next tool
Move to the next line in your audit whenever you're ready — there's no bundled all-or-nothing switch.
Capabilities
- Tool-by-tool adoption — replace one SaaS subscription at a time, in any order.
- Shared brand and workspace context — every Connect tool composes against the same Brand DNA and manifest your site uses.
- Parallel-run friendly — nothing forces you to cut over before you've verified a tool covers your case.
- Growing catalog — most of the table above is live today; a few tools (Forge Review, Contracts) are still in active development and marked accordingly.
Limits & honest scope
Connect tools cover the common case for each vendor they replace — not every feature of every SaaS product on day one.
- Some tools are still Building: Creytix Forge Review and Creytix Contracts are in active development, not yet a full CodeRabbit or PandaDoc replacement.
- There's no one-click bulk import from every vendor's data export — moving templates, audiences, or historical records over is a manual step today for most tools.
- Deep, vendor-specific features (hundreds of third-party integrations, marketplace add-ons) generally aren't the goal — Connect tools optimize for running inside your Creytix workspace, not matching every menu item of the SaaS they replace.
- You'll likely run a vendor and its Connect replacement side by side for a stretch before fully cutting over — that overlap period isn't automated away.
