Overview
Creytix SMS & WhatsApp sends the messages your workspace needs to fire the moment something happens — an order confirms, a code needs verifying, a shipment updates — over SMS or WhatsApp, from the same template system. One place to define the message, one place to see whether it delivered.

Because both channels share a template system, you're not maintaining two separate integrations for what is, to the customer, one notification.
How it works
A message moves through three stages:
- Template — define the message once (order confirmation, one-time code, shipping update).
- Trigger — an event in your workspace — an order placed, a code requested — fires the send.
- Deliver — the message goes out over SMS or WhatsApp, with delivery status tracked from the operator side.

Open SMS & WhatsApp
From the Creytix Control Panel, open SMS & WhatsApp under Connect.

Verify your sending identity
Confirm your sending number for SMS and your business profile for WhatsApp before sending live traffic.

Build a template
Write the message once — confirmation, verification code, or status update — using your workspace's content blocks.

Wire it to an event
Attach the template to the workspace event that should trigger it.

Monitor delivery
Track sent, delivered, and failed messages from the operator side.

Limits & honest scope
Creytix SMS & WhatsApp is built for transactional messaging tied to real workspace events — it is not a marketing SMS/WhatsApp blast platform.
- It doesn't do bulk campaign sends the way a marketing texting tool does; that's closer to what Creytix Mail handles for email.
- WhatsApp template messages still go through the standard business template review before they can send — Creytix doesn't skip that step.
- SMS and WhatsApp coverage in a given country depends on the underlying messaging provider's reach. Verify coverage before launching in a new region.
