Overview

Creytix Team Chat gives your operators one place to see messages that would otherwise be scattered across separate apps. Bridge in Slack and RingCentral, and those messages mirror into a single operator-side thread view — so your team isn't switching tabs to know what's happening across the tools they already run.

Team Chat is a bridge, not a from-scratch chat replacement: it mirrors the tools you already have into one view rather than asking you to give them up.

How it works

A message moves through three stages:

Connect — link your Slack workspace and/or RingCentral account.
Mirror — messages from those connected channels flow into the Creytix operator team chat.
Reply — your team reads and responds from inside Creytix without losing the original thread back in Slack or RingCentral.

Open Team Chat
From the Creytix Control Panel, open Team Chat under Connect.

Link the accounts you want mirrored in.

Confirm what mirrors
Choose which channels or lines feed into the unified view.

Work from one thread view
Read and respond to cross-tool activity without leaving Creytix.

Limits & honest scope

Creytix Team Chat mirrors Slack and RingCentral — it does not replace them outright, and you still need those accounts as the source of the messages being bridged.
