Overview

Creytix Events sells tickets to your own events — with multiple price tiers, a public catalog, and a reservation flow — from your own site instead of a third-party events marketplace. Visitors browse and reserve without leaving your domain, and your team manages the catalog from the same workspace as the rest of your site.

How it works

An event moves through three stages:

Catalog — your team sets up an event with multiple ticket tiers and capacity.
Reserve — a visitor browses the public catalog and reserves a ticket.
Manage — your team tracks reservations and capacity from the workspace, including a waitlist once a tier sells out.

Steps

Open Events in the Control Panel
From the Creytix Control Panel, open Events under Connect to set up a new event.

Build the ticket tiers
Define your event's price tiers and capacity for each.

Publish the public catalog
Your event catalog goes live on your own site, where visitors can browse and reserve tickets.

Track reservations and waitlist
Watch reservations against capacity, and manage the waitlist once a tier fills up.

Limits & honest scope

Creytix Events is built for teams selling tickets as part of a site they already run in Creytix — not as a standalone consumer events marketplace with cross-organizer discovery.

Scan-at-door check-in is on the roadmap and not fully live yet — plan will-call or manual check-in for events in the meantime.
Payment processing depends on your own connected provider, not a shared Eventbrite-style payments pool.
