Creytix Contracts

Contract templates and lifecycle — the PandaDoc lane.

Warning

Creytix Contracts is in active development — here's what it will do and what's live so far.

Overview

Creytix Contracts is meant to give you a template library and a lifecycle for the everyday agreements a business runs on — leases, NDAs, contractor agreements, vendor SOWs, terms — without routing every contract through a separate document-SaaS subscription. The target is a template you can pick, fill, send, and track, on the same workspace as the rest of your site.

Because Contracts is meant to sit alongside Creytix NativeSign, the plan is for a contract to move from template to signed document without leaving Creytix.

How it works

The target flow, as it lands:

  1. Pick a template — start from a template for the kind of agreement you need (lease, NDA, contractor, vendor SOW, terms).
  2. Fill and review — fill in the specifics for this agreement and review before it goes out.
  3. Send and track — send for signature and track where it sits in its lifecycle, from draft to signed.

Steps

  1. Check current availability

From the Creytix Control Panel, open Contracts under Connect to see what's wired for your workspace today — building-tier tools ship in stages.

  2. Start from a template

Where enabled, pick from the available template categories rather than drafting an agreement from scratch.

  3. Send for signature

Contracts is meant to hand off to Creytix NativeSign for the actual signing step.

  4. Watch the changelog

Contracts is actively expanding. Check the changelog for what's newly live.

Capabilities

  • Template categories — the target library spans lease, NDA, contractor, vendor SOW, and terms agreements.
  • Fill-and-review flow — templates are meant to be filled and reviewed before sending, not sent as raw boilerplate.
  • Lifecycle tracking — the goal is visibility into where a contract sits, from draft through signed.
  • NativeSign handoff — signing is meant to route through Creytix NativeSign rather than a separate e-signature step.

Limits & honest scope

Creytix Contracts is actively being built. Treat this page as the target shape of the tool, not a finished product.

  • The full template library is not complete — coverage of contract types is still growing.
  • Lifecycle tracking (draft, sent, signed, expired) is not fully wired end to end yet.
  • Clause-level customization and approval workflows beyond a basic fill-and-send are not yet available. Check the tier badge and the changelog before relying on Contracts for anything time-sensitive.

We would rather tell you what Contracts doesn't do yet than have an agreement stall mid-lifecycle.
