Note

Creytix Scheduling is part of Creytix Connect — the registry of self-hosted tools that replace the SaaS your marketing stack usually rents.

Overview

Creytix Scheduling puts appointment booking on your own site instead of sending customers off to a third-party link. Visitors pick a time against your team's real availability, right where the rest of your site lives — no separate booking-page subscription to brand and maintain.

Because booking runs natively on your workspace, the page matches your site's brand instead of looking like a generic third-party scheduler.

How it works

A booking moves through three steps:

  1. Availability — your team's bookable slots are defined in the workspace.
  2. Booking — a visitor picks an open slot from a page that lives on your own site.
  3. Confirmation — the appointment is confirmed and tracked in your workspace, ready for your team to see.

Steps

  1. Open Scheduling in the Control Panel

From the Creytix Control Panel, open Scheduling under Connect to set up your team's availability.

  2. Set availability

Define the slots your team is bookable for, on the same workspace that runs the rest of your site.

  3. Publish a booking page

Add the booking flow to your site so visitors can pick a time without leaving your domain.

  4. Track confirmed appointments

Confirmed bookings show up in your workspace so your team knows what's on the calendar.

Capabilities

  • Native booking on your site — appointment pages live on your own domain, not a third-party scheduling link.
  • Brand-matched booking flow — the booking experience reflects your site's look, not a generic scheduler template.
  • Workspace-tracked appointments — confirmed bookings are visible to your team in the same place as the rest of your operations.

Limits & honest scope

Creytix Scheduling is built for teams booking appointments as part of a site they already run in Creytix — not as a standalone consumer calendar app.

  • It does not yet carry the full breadth of calendar-provider integrations a dedicated scheduling SaaS offers.
  • Advanced routing rules (round robin across large teams, complex buffer logic) are still growing. Check the tier badge and the changelog for what's live today.
  • It's scoped to booking on your own workspace, not a marketplace of bookable services across unrelated sites.

We would rather tell you what Scheduling doesn't do yet than have a customer hit a booking flow that isn't ready.
