Overview

Creytix Mail sends the two kinds of email every site needs — campaigns (the newsletter, the launch announcement, the promo wave) and transactional messages (receipts, verifications, notifications) — from the same workspace you already build in. Instead of copying content into a separate email tool, you compose against your site's Brand DNA and send from your own sending domain.

Because Mail lives inside Creytix, every send inherits the brand tokens, copy, and approvals that govern the rest of the site — so a campaign can't quietly drift away from the brand it's promoting.

How it works

A send moves through three stages:

Compose against a workspace manifest — the same source of truth that defines your site's brand, content blocks, and audiences.
Enqueue the message. Batch campaigns and one-off transactional sends share the same rails.
Deliver and track — the operator inbox surfaces what went out and what came back, so replies and bounces land where your team already works.

Open Mail in the Control Panel
From the Creytix Control Panel, open your workspace and select Mail under Connect.

Compose from your manifest
Pick a brand-locked template and fill the content blocks. The preview renders with your live Brand DNA — not a generic stock template.

Choose your audience
Target a segment from your workspace, or send a single transactional message through the API.

Enqueue and monitor
Send now or schedule it. Track delivery and replies from the operator inbox.

Limits & honest scope

Creytix Mail is built for teams running email as part of a site they already manage in Creytix — not as a standalone consumer email studio.

It is not a drag-and-drop suite with hundreds of third-party add-ons; it treats your workspace as the source of truth.
Deliverability depends on your own sending domain and its reputation — Creytix gives you the rails, not a shared IP pool.
