Creytix Status

Public status page and component health.

Note

Creytix Status is part of Creytix Connect — the registry of self-hosted tools that replace the SaaS your marketing stack usually rents.

Overview

Creytix Status gives your visitors and your team a single public page that answers "is it up right now?" — a live view of each component of your site, with a plain-language state (operational, degraded, down) instead of silence when something breaks. It's the page you point customers to instead of fielding the same "is your site down?" message five times.

Because Status is wired to the same workspace as the rest of Connect, component health reflects the actual site you're running — not a manually-updated page someone forgets to touch.

How it works

Status is a health-check-to-public-page pipeline:

  1. Check — each tracked component (the site, key services it depends on) is checked for availability on a regular interval.
  2. Record — component states roll up into a status history your team can review.
  3. Publish — the current state renders on a public page anyone can check, without needing access to your Control Panel.

Steps

  1. Confirm your components

From the Creytix Control Panel, open your workspace and select Status under Connect. Review which components are tracked for your site.

  2. Share the public page

Point customers or partners at your public status URL instead of a support inbox for uptime questions.

  3. Watch component health

Check the dashboard for current state and recent history across tracked components.

  4. Update during incidents

When something degrades, the public page reflects it — so you're communicating with one page instead of a scramble of messages.

Capabilities

  • Public status page — a shareable page showing current state for each tracked component.
  • Component-level health — see the site and its key dependencies checked independently, not lumped into one status.
  • Automatic checks — components are checked on a regular interval rather than relying on someone to notice and update a page by hand.
  • Workspace-scoped — status reflects the actual site you manage in Creytix.

Limits & honest scope

Creytix Status is built to give a workspace a public health page — not to be a full incident-management or on-call platform.

  • There's no incident postmortem workflow or subscriber notification system yet — this is a status page, not an incident-communication suite.
  • Custom component definitions and history retention are still growing; check the tier badge and the changelog for what's live today.
  • Check intervals are set at a sensible default — sub-minute, custom-cadence monitoring per component isn't configurable yet.

We would rather tell you what Status doesn't do yet than have you assume it pages your on-call team.
