Creytix Freight Track

Shipment timeline and carrier adapters — the AfterShip replacement.

Freight tracking console — shipment timeline and route trace

Note

Creytix Freight Track is part of Creytix Connect — the registry of self-hosted tools that replace the SaaS your fulfillment stack usually rents.

Overview

Creytix Freight Track follows a shipment from purchase to delivery, on your own site, instead of routing customers to a third-party tracking page. Carrier adapters pull status events into a single shipment timeline, so "where's my order" has one answer your team and your customers both see.

Because tracking lives inside Creytix, a shipment's status sits next to the order it belongs to — no separate login, no emailed tracking link pointing off-site.

How it works

A shipment moves through three stages:

  1. Adapter ingest — the carrier adapter for a shipment's carrier pulls status events (label created, in transit, exception, delivered).
  2. Timeline assembly — those events are ordered into one shipment timeline attached to the order.
  3. Surface — customers see branded tracking status on your site; operators see an exception queue for anything stuck or delayed.

Steps

  1. Connect a carrier adapter

From the Creytix Control Panel, open Freight Track and turn on the adapter for each carrier you ship with.

  2. Attach tracking to an order

Add the tracking number when you fulfill an order. Freight Track links it to that order automatically.

  3. Share the tracking link

Customers get a branded tracking page on your own domain instead of a carrier or third-party link.

  4. Watch the exception queue

Delays, failed delivery attempts, and other exceptions surface in one queue so your team can act before the customer has to ask.

Capabilities

  • Carrier adapters — status pulled directly from each connected carrier, shown against its adapter health.
  • Shipment timeline — one ordered view from label creation to delivery.
  • Branded tracking — customers track on your site, not an emailed third-party link.
  • Exception visibility — delayed or stuck shipments surface to operators, not just to the customer refreshing a tracking page.

Limits & honest scope

Creytix Freight Track is built for stores already selling through Creytix — it is not a standalone, multi-tenant logistics platform for shippers with no storefront here.

  • Carrier coverage grows adapter by adapter. If your carrier isn't wired up yet, its shipments won't populate a timeline until it is — check the tier badge and the changelog.
  • There's no predictive ETA model. Timelines reflect carrier-reported events, not machine-learned delivery estimates.
  • Returns and reverse-logistics workflows aren't part of this yet.

We'd rather tell you which carriers aren't wired up yet than have a shipment go quiet.
