Creytix Support Chat
Guest storefront widget routed to sales and CS queues.

Note
Creytix Support Chat is part of Creytix Connect — the registry of self-hosted tools that replace the SaaS your support stack usually rents.
Overview
Creytix Support Chat is the widget your visitors see on the storefront. Anyone can start a conversation without creating an account, and that conversation routes into your sales or customer-service queue — so a question doesn't sit in a generic inbox waiting for someone to notice it.

Because the widget is native to your storefront, conversations start exactly where the visitor already is — no separate chat account, no bolted-on script pointing at someone else's servers.
How it works
A conversation moves through three stages:
- Widget — embedded on your storefront pages, open to any visitor without requiring login.
- Route — the new conversation lands in a sales or support queue.
- Respond — your team answers from the operator side, alongside your other Creytix comms tools.
Steps
- •
Enable the widget
From the Creytix Control Panel, turn on Support Chat for your storefront under Connect.
- •
Set queue routing
Decide how conversations should split between sales and customer-service queues.
- •
Answer incoming chats
Respond from the operator side as conversations come in.
- •
Track resolution
Follow a conversation through to close, in the same place your team handles other comms.
Capabilities
- Guest widget — visitors start a conversation without creating an account.
- Queue routing — conversations split to sales or customer-service queues.
- Storefront-native — the widget lives on the site the visitor is already on.
- Operator-side handling — your team answers from the same workspace as your other Creytix comms tools.
Limits & honest scope
Creytix Support Chat covers the guest-widget-to-queue path — it is not a full omnichannel help-desk suite.
- It doesn't ship the deep macro libraries, SLA automation, or bot-flow builder that a mature help-desk platform like Intercom offers.
- Conversation routing logic is straightforward today; more advanced auto-triage is still growing. Check the tier badge and the changelog.
- There's no bundled public knowledge base or help-center product yet — this is the live-chat path, not a self-serve article library.
